- Fixed: unexpected connection close when http proxy was too slow
- Fixed: SIGSEGV in http proxy mode under cygwin
- Added: enabled the SO_KEEPALIVE option for all the sockets used by the apf
- Added: 60 seconds timeout for SSL_connect
